Young Friends of the Garden is a program for young professionals dedicated to advancing the mission of the Missouri Botanical Garden: to discover and share knowledge about plants and their environment, in order to preserve and enrich life.

CLIMATRON AND COCKTAILS
Young Friends of the Missouri Botanical Garden invite you to an after-hours get-together in the Climatron, an indoor rain forest. Enjoy tropical appetizers and cocktails in this jungle setting and be among the first to experience DinoQuest, an exhibit featuring imposing dinosaur sculptures tucked into the landscape.
Become a Garden member that evening and enjoy free admission to the event and admission to the Garden throughout the year.
Climatron and Cocktails is Friday, May 21, 2010 from 6 to 9:30 p.m. $15 Members / $30 Non-members. Ticket prices include tropical appetizers and specialty cocktails. Cash bar is available. Advanced registration required.

JOIN THE YOUNG FRIENDS COUNCIL
The Young Friends are looking for qualified young professionals to join the Young Friends Council, the volunteer leadership group focused on expanding the Young Friends of the Missouri Botanical Garden. The group consists of up to 30 people. At this time, we are looking for approximately 12 new members.
