For Monday and Tuesday, there could be a few flurries, but very little liquid precip is being generated by the models. We're talking 0.20" accum at best.
Our next shot at accumulating snow is Tuesday night into Wednesday. The NAM and GFS both bring it into the metro late Tuesday night, just after midnight...the NAM ends it as flurries by 3pm but the GFS gets rid of it much sooner, 7AM Wednesday morning. Regardless, neither are generating a whole lot of snow...from the Interstate 70 corridor and south, look for anywhere from 1-3".
Here's some good news. We might very well be done with snow for a while after Wednesday. It looks like a big pattern change will be taking place toward the end of the week. This means sunshine, dry weather and a warm-up. 50s are not out of the question at some point next weekend!
