Tuesday looks like a wet and windy day. Occasional showers and storms in the morning with non-storm wind gusts throughout the day hitting 35-40 mph or more. The stronger storms arrive in the afternoon and evening, but blow out of the area by 11pm. In the metro these stronger storms should be moving through between 3pm and 8pm, perhaps as a squall line. The main threat is damaging wind gusts, lightning and heavy rain but an isolated tornado and/or small hail can't be ruled out.
Here's the storm prediction center web site, and they've got our area in a Slight Risk for Tuesday. We'll be on top of this Tuesday, and remember you can always check kmov.com/mobile on your web enabled phone to check the radar and lightning map.
