For many of us a New Year means a new start. Every year we make a resolution to better ourselves. Some of us make a resolution for weight loss, healthy eating, more exercise, or to give up any unwanted habit. However, year after year we wonder why we didn’t achieve our set resolution. Truth be told it’s because we didn’t try hard enough or want it bad enough. My New Year resolution is not weight loss, healthy eating, or more exercise. My resolution is to be a better person and try to do at LEAST one act of kindness everyday in 2010. That is a resolution I know I can achieve and I challenge all of you to do the same.
