Forest Park gets help from local call center

(KMOV) --  A local company is lending a hand to Forest Park Forever.

 

Customer Direct is a call center that takes about 5,000 questions each day.  Now they are reaching out to Forest Park by helping to handle the large number of calls generated by KMOV's campaign.

 

Customer Direct answers all questions and then records and processes donations.  Workers say they feel a connection to the park.
