Lawsuit could stop $8 billion north St. Louis project

The $8 billion plan to redevelop a massive chunk of St. Louis could be in jeopardy because of one woman's lawsuit. McEagle Properties owned by developer Paul McKee wants to turn 1,500 acres of north St. Louis into thousands of new homes and businesses. McEagle wants St. Louis city to provide $398 million in tax increment financing. Chris Nagus spoke to the woman who's behind the lawsuit.
