News 4 Health Team Reporter
Vickie Newton, News 4 St. Louis Anchor/Reporter
Lisa Manzo joined KMOV Channel 4 in August 2000 as a News Reporter.

Manzo is a native of St. Louis. Before returning home, she spent several years working across the country. Manzo began her career reporting in the cornfields of Iowa. She moved on to North Carolina, working for two years as the Lumberton bureau chief and then as a Reporter/Anchor at WFMY-TV for two years. Texas was her next stop, where Manzo was an Anchor/Reporter for two years at CBS' KEYE-TV in Austin, Texas.

Manzo graduated from Ursuline Academy and Washington University with a degree in Political Science. Her summer internship at WBZ-TV in Boston taught her about politics and media, and ultimately sparked her love of journalism. Manzo says working in television is "fun, exhausting, challenging and never dull. I'm like a professional student, always learning something new."

Manzo has served as a guest speaker for several charitable events in the St. Louis area for organizations such as the National Kidney Foundation and the American Heart Association. An advocate of local and national Parkinson's research organizations, Manzo has modeled at the Parkinson's Foundation Celebrity Fashion Show.

In addition, Manzo is an avid supporter of Greyhound adoptions and animal shelters.

When she's not working she enjoys hanging out with her family, friends and three dogs.
